Daniel thought his relationship with his girlfriend of five plus years was going great--until she went to her small hometown for Christmas. Now, Daniel is stuck at the airport with an almost dead phone, waiting for his delayed flight home to Chicago. Just when he thinks his luck is definitely terminally bad, he finds solace in a new friend who also got dumped at Christmas. Together, the two commiserate their unfortunate circumstances and realize that maybe they're better off.​
